We are building an early team of Forward Deployed PMs. You will take customers from first touch to full adoption. You will make sure the system works. You will make sure people use it. You will make sure the old way dies.
This is the frontline. Not upkeep. Not support. Your job is to replace what no longer works and make sure the new way takes hold.
⏺︎ Join early and shape the role from the ground up
⏺︎ Embed with customer teams and drive change on the ground
⏺︎ Kill legacy systems and put AI at the core
⏺︎ Build the new standard for how systems get deployed
⏺︎ Grow with the company as it scales
⏺︎ ~5 years in client-facing roles (Enterprise SaaS, PM)
⏺︎ Expertise in Business Process eg ERP systems or workflow automation
⏺︎ Technical fluency with AI/automation tools
⏺︎ Ability to own outcomes, not just tasks
⏺︎ Owner's mindset, you take full accountability for client success metrics
⏺︎ Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Deskera, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)
⏺︎ Industry experience in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or healthcare operations
⏺︎ Management consulting or startup experience in high-growth environments
⏺︎ Technical background in BPM, RPA, or AI/ML implementations
⏺︎ Location: Remote First (SF/NYC)
⏺︎ Reports to: VP of Ops
⏺︎ Team: You'll be hire #3 on the Customer Success team
